Professional Development

At the American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC), we are dedicated to forging pathways of growth and opportunity for women in higher education. Our commitment extends beyond mere representation; we focus on empowering women through comprehensive professional development opportunities which are highlighted below. These programs are meticulously designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities women encounter in higher education, with a special emphasis on leadership roles within community colleges.

We understand the importance of learning from those who have navigated these paths successfully. That's why we are excited to offer the AAWCC Podcast, available on Podbean. This series is more than just a collection of conversations; it's a treasure trove of wisdom and insights from the women who are at the forefront of leading America's community colleges. Each episode is a window into their experiences, offering invaluable perspectives that inspire and inform our members.

Whether you're looking to advance in your career, seeking inspiration, or eager to understand the broader landscape of women's roles in community college leadership, AAWCC is your go-to resource. Join us in this journey of learning, empowerment, and leadership.
