The AAWCC honors women with the Of the Year Awards - the Carolyn Desjardins CEO Award for Outstanding Service and Support to AAWCC; the Mildred Bulpitt Woman of the Year Award for outstanding leadership and mentorship to provide opportunities for women in community colleges; and the Trustee of the Year Award, which recognizes outstanding leadership to community colleges by a trustee.
