Welcome to the national AAWCC Website providing your direct link to the premier organization for women in community colleges.  It is our intent that this website will give you discerning information about AAWCC and how it works for you, as well as insights on what is going on in the regional chapters. We encourage you to browse through the website, whether you need information about membership, how to benefit from AAWCC, professional development opportunities and scholarships, conference details and awards, or to find out more about your local/ regional area or the national officers. You will see that we promote leadership for women at all levels in our colleges, including our students, and engage in advocacy promoting equity and equality of opportunities for women.
